Our coworking spaces, private cabins, and virtual office services are available to individuals and businesses aged 18 and above. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of our facilities.

Memberships are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any plan or facility at any time with reasonable prior notice to active members.

All membership fees and booking charges are due in advance as per the selected plan. Cancellation policies vary by plan type and will be communicated at time of sign-up. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Members and guests are expected to maintain a respectful, professional environment. Disruptive behavior, damage to property, or violation of community guidelines may result in immediate termination of membership without refund. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Invisible Spaces is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or facilities, including loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury beyond what is covered by our insurance. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
